DFS Hero offers a cost-effective, all-inclusive package available as a weekly, monthly, or 6 month subscription. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees or additional costs. Regardless of the subscription period you choose, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time without being billed for future recurring payments.

Refund Policy

General Conditions
All purchases made on our platform are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or partially used subscription periods, accidental or duplicate purchases, changes in personal or business needs, or general dissatisfaction with our services.

Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in rare cases where we have been unable to deliver the service as promised. Approved refunds will have a 15% processing fee deducted. Refund requests after the subscription renewal, even on the same day, will not be considered.

To request an exception, contact our Customer Service team with your order details and a clear explanation of your issue. Include any relevant documentation to support your request. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
